I have been unfaithful to my blogspot. I joined facebook and forgot all about updating my blog. I was reminded when I opened my Christmas card today from my wonderful sister in law Tyra. Thank you for reminding me of the error of my ways. So here i am updating my blog. I have sent the update on the fam with the christmas cards, so today I just need to add a bunch of photos. The boys had their pinewood derby for Scouts earlier this month. Corbin's skull car placed 2nd in his den for design and 3rd for speed. Dorsan's snickers car placed 1st in his den for design. Unfortunately neither one took home a trophy, but we were happy with their achievements. Corbin is so much like his father when it comes to getting something done just right it is scary. I thought living with one perfectionist could be bad, but two of them makes it really bad. Any mistakes in the painting of Corbin's car and it was the end of the world to him. He finally learned after making a couple and trying to fix them not to touch is already pretty awesome car. Dorsan was just happy it didn't have too much sanding to do this time. On another note I am extremely proud of Dorsan and his grades this year. We are working hard on his homework and getting better at understanding what he is doing and putting it all together. It has been a nightmare some nights with both of them with homework and just me here to get it all done so we can get to our activities in town. I really don't know how you guys with more than 2 get it all done without pulling your hair out. He brought home his 1st 2 A's on any test he taken this year before Christmas break. On his midterms he had 3 A's and 2 B's. He is working toward money for a nintendo DS. Hope he keeps it up. Corbin doesn't any help from me except to let me know I am not paying him any attention. Luckily he picks up on his school work without problems. I am including some halloween pics, pinewood derby pics, and christmas pics.
